Enhancing Preparedness and Response: Mitigating CBRN Risks Through Exercises and Training

The CBRN Table Top & Field Exercises, Simulations, and Training (TEST) project aims to improve preparedness, detection, response, and mitigation against risks related to chemical, biological, radiological, and nuclear (CBRN) materials and agents in 61 partner countries. By building capacity and providing essential equipment, the project contributes to sustaining the results achieved through previous EU CBRN capacity-building and equipment supply initiatives. The project plays a crucial role in strengthening global security and enhancing resilience to CBRN threats.
People-focused impact
The TEST project increased preparedness and resilience against chemical, biological, radiological, and nuclear (CBRN) threats by supporting the long-term sustainability of previous EU-funded capacity-building and equipment supply initiatives. Specifically, it strengthened the capacity of 61 partner countries to detect, respond to, and mitigate CBRN risks through table-top and field exercises, simulations, and training.
